What should I do when a trademark conflict is found?
Read why it was flagged first: the report shows the conflicting mark, its class and whether the match is visual or phonetic. A conflict in an unrelated class may not matter; a phonetic match in your own class usually does. From there you can pick another name, reconsider the classes you file in, or take the record to a trademark attorney.
