Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; email hello@brandauditor.ai. Used credits are not refundable, because each check incurs real search and API costs when it runs. Trademark Watch and Competitor Watch are one-year prepaid purchases. They do not renew automatically; you renew by hand at the end of the year, and the unused part of a year is not refunded.

Yes. Competitor Watch is ₹1,500 a year for one company or ₹5,000 for five, then ₹500 a year for each company beyond five.
