What happens when my free trial expires?

After 7 days OR after you've used all 20 name audits (whichever comes first), the trial ends. You can buy a credit pack at any time - paid credits are valid for 1 year from purchase and unlock all paid features (PDF, alternates, USPTO, detailed conflicts).

Do paid credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Paid credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. There's no monthly reset, no auto-renew, and no per-month cap - you can use all of them on day 1 or spread them across the full year. Within that year, unused credits roll over from month to month.

What's the difference between trial and paid features?

Trial gives you the 7 core signals - IP India trademark, MCA, domains, social, web, AI score, and a top-line summary. Paid unlocks: detailed conflict info (applicant + dates), USPTO trademark search, alternate name suggestions, PDF download, and email reports.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Used credits aren't refundable since each audit consumes real API costs (Claude, IP India scraping, USPTO via ScrapingBee). Email hello@nowmedia.in if you have an issue.

Do you offer GST invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid order generates a GST tax invoice. All sticker prices are inclusive of 18% GST - there's no extra tax added at checkout. If you're a B2B buyer, enter your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice will be issued in your business name so you can claim input tax credit.

Not in the default packs, but yes for agencies - see the custom pricing block at the bottom. We've done white-label with branding agencies before.

What payment methods do you accept?

All Indian cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. International cards work too. Payments are PCI-compliant and we never see your card details.
